This combination of foods that Make Life More Productive

Certain combinations of food can function increase endurance. Dietitian, Elaine Magee said some combination of foods that can make 'life more productive'. The following pairs of food which he provides optimum benefits when consumed together.
 
Onion + Garlic
Both types of these spices contain organosulfur compounds and substances that cause the heart to be healthy. Some of the substances contained can even ward off cancer-causing substances in the body.
 
Oatmeal + Strawberries
Combined oatmeal and strawberries make your heart healthier. Oats contains two important phytochemicals called avenanthramides and phenolic acids. These compounds have been studied work synergistically with vitamin C to reduce the harmful effects of bad LDL cholesterol. The combination of these two foods can prevent heart attacks. To be more full breakfast you can try half a bowl of strawberries accompanied by a bowl of oatmeal at breakfast on a regular basis.
 
Tomato and Olive Oil (extra virgin)
Tomato has four substances major carotenoids (alpha-carotene, beta-carotene, lutein, and lycopene) plus three antioxidants (beta-carotene, vitamin E and vitamin C) that can help fight cancer and heart disease. "Your body will absorb more chemicals protector if you eat together with olive oil," said Magee. Olive oil is a type of monounsaturated fat which can slow digestion so that the beneficial substances can be absorbed before more than good.
Olive oil extra virgin olive oil is a form that does not undergo a process of processing. This type of oil contains the most beneficial compounds. In order not easy rancid, olive oil should be kept away from heat and light.
 
Vegetables + Avocados The combination of these two make the skin more healthy. Vegetables are rich in substances called carotenoids. Carotenoids function to reduce free radical damage effectively and protect the skin from the harmful effects of UV rays. In a recent study at Ohio State University, people who ate avocados along with vegetables such as lettuce, spinach, and carrots can absorb up to 15 times more carotenoids than those who do not eat vegetables with avocado.
Studies show carotenoids need some fat optimally absorbed by the body. Avocados contain monounsaturated fats are healthy.
 
Broccoli + Tomato Broccoli and tomatoes are both useful against cancer. However, research reveals eating together they can offer more protection. In a recent study, scientists found that tomatoes and broccoli are consumed at the same time more effective in slowing tumor growth of prostate cancer than their own.
The composition of both is recommended that one-half cup of broccoli and two and a half cups of fresh tomatoes, or one cup of tomato sauce.
 
Green Tea + Lemon Green tea may reduce risk of heart attacks because they contain antioxidant catechins and strong. But studies suggest that the body can only absorb 20 percent of these compounds. More recently, when scientists add lemon juice to green tea, the body can absorb up to 80 percent catechins. If you do not want to be bothered, you can try to buy bottled green tea which contains vitamin C. Scientists say vitamin C in citrus fruits can also enhance the absorption of catechins
